Oblihations of Members

REGISTRATION FEE AND ANNUAL FEE: The fee that the member is obliged to pay during the registration to the Chamber is called the registration fee and the annual fee that he / she will pay for each year. Members are obliged to pay the registration fee during registration and annual dues for each year.

There is no annual fee for the year of registration. However, if those who leave the the Chamber want to be re-registered, a re-registration fee will be charged, even within the same year.

The annual dues of those registered in more than one chamber shall be deposited by the member equally divided into two to the relevant chambers. In this case, the member must prove that he/she is a member of more than one chamber.

The annual fee must be paid to the cashier of the Chamber at one time (until 30 June due date) or in two installments (30 June and 31 October due date).

ADDITIONAL FEE: According to chambers, for each year; the sum of the commercial earnings shown in the income tax returns of real person merchants and industrialists; legal entity merchants and industrialists are required to pay a five-thousandths of additional dues on the commercial balance sheet profit shown in their tax returns.

Additional dues of those registered in more than one chamber shall be deposited by the member equally in the relevant chambers. In this case, the member must prove that he is a member of more than one chamber.

The additional fee must be paid to the cashier of the Chamber at one time (until 30 June due date) or in two installments (30 June and 31 October due date).

Members who do not pay their fees regularly cannot benefit from the chamber services.

CONDITION CHANGE: The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey 5174 according to Article 10 of the Law: “The members who are registered to the chambers are obliged to inform the chambers to which they are registered within one month after the realization of any changes in their status that are required to be registered and announced in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code.”

Therefore, members of our Chamber are required to inform our Chamber urgently of any changes in the title, address, subject of activity of the Genuine Persons and the Company's Articles of Association.

The members cannot be reached especially if the address, telephone, fax and e-mail changes are not notified. Therefore, information about publications, announcements about domestic and foreign trade, meetings and various events cannot be shared with the members.
