According to Article 5 of Law No. 5174; workplaces that produce added value by producing a new product in series or as standard by processing the raw material, semi and whole products with the purpose of partially or completely changing the feature, content, composition or shape by using the same force as machine and device and those operating the places where underground resources are extracted and processed and those producing information technology and software provided that they employ at least ten workers are considered industrialists.
