FOOTWEAR AND SIDE INDUSTRY SPECIALIZED OSB PROJECT

Shoe, Slipper, Saddlery and Supplier Industry sectors in our province have been operating in the city center due to the growth and development of our province. Due to the need for urban transformation in the regions where the sector is concentrated, the Chamber of Industry and Technology applied for Specialized OSB in 2016. With the establishment of specialized OSB, it is aimed to develop these sectors by manufacturing within the logic of organized industry, to increase the number of people employed, to contribute to urban transformation, to eliminate the increasing population and increasing unemployment based on this and to contribute to the development of Oğuzeli District. The OSB is planned to be established on a total area of ​​1,730,000 m² and approximately 160 parcels and it is aimed to provide employment for 10,000 people.
