ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS AND PROCUREMENT
Ensures the completion of necessary equipment procurement, maintenance, and repair activities to meet the needs of the chamber and its subsidiaries. Executes the procurement process for necessary materials and equipment in accordance with decisions made by the Purchasing Guidance Committee. Responsible for organizing events taking place in the chamber.
TASKS
- Acts as the Administrative Secretary of the Purchasing Guidance Committee.
- Handles the procurement, leasing, maintenance, and repair of machinery/equipment, fixed assets, and motor vehicles in accordance with the directives of the Purchasing Guidance Committee.
- Ensures that facility management (catering, cleaning, security), training, and other service procurements are carried out as per the directives of the Purchasing Guidance Committee, maintains records related to these activities, and monitors and supervises the work done.
- Manages tasks such as correspondence, document tracking, switchboard operation, transportation, vehicle tracking, vehicle maintenance, hospitality, representation, catering, accommodation, travel arrangements, and reservation of meeting rooms.
- Organizes the general archive service of the organization.
- Conducts necessary research and activities for the production and procurement of plaques, souvenirs, and promotional items to be given to visitors, and manages inventory tracking.
