There are five Organized Industrial Zones established in Gaziantep and detailed information is given below.

There are five Organized Industrial Zones (OIZ) in Gaziantep. Organized Industrial Zones are designed to enable companies to operate in an investor-friendly environment with ready-to-use infrastructure and social facilities. Existing infrastructure provided in the regions includes roads, water, natural gas, electricity, communication, waste treatment and other services.

Gaziantep Oğuzeli Airport Industrial Zone

Our region, which is located in the boundaries of Gaziantep's Oğuzeli district and is named as “Airport Industrial Zone” due to its proximity to the airport, provides employment opportunities for approximately 100 companies and 2500 people. The Chamber applied to the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology to be considered as an Organized Industrial Zone for the region which is in the structure of an industrial zone due to its remote location. As a result of the studies carried out, the region was declared as “Islah Organized Industrial Zone” in 2016. Main manufacturing fields are textile, medical products, construction, furniture, chemical, plastic, food and machine made carpets.

Nizip Organized Industrial Zone

Organized Industrial Zone, which is located in Nizip district of Gaziantep, was established in 2002. There are employment opportunities for 1500 people with 33 companies in the region. The region is established on an area of 250 hectares and there are 85 industrial parcels. Main manufacturing subjects are Food, Office Furniture, Agricultural tools, Textile products.

İslahiye Organized Industrial Zone

Organized Industrial Zone, which is located in Islahiye district of Gaziantep, was established in 2012. Infrastructure works have been completed. It is foreseen to serve approximately 45 companies and provide employment for 3500 people. The area is built on an area of 85 hectares and there are 73 industrial parcels. The main production areas are Food, Textile and Paper products.

The Sample Industrial Area is an area of 350,000 sqm jointly established by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the United Nations Industrial and Development Organization (UNIDO).

The main sectors in which the companies in the region are active are textile machinery, steel casting, manufacture of auto spare parts, pressure vessel and dam equipment manufacturing, milling machines, metal and woodworking machinery, construction paint and packaging products manufacturing.

Nizip Street and Surroundings

Before the construction of Organized Industrial Zones and Small Industrial Sites, Nizip Street was the first district in the city and 150 companies were operating in the region.

Companies operating in this region generally produce plastic shoes, flour, semolina, carpet, acrylic yarn and metal goods. As a result of rapid population growth and urbanization, enterprises within the city tend to move some or all of their production to industrial zones.

Ünaldı-Şehreküstü Zone

There are 700 companies operating in this region which is one of the first settlements of Gaziantep industry which is developing rapidly. Lentil processing, Plastic and Carpet factories are mainly operating in this region and are generally small and medium-sized industrial enterprises. In this region, as a result of the relocation of some carpet factories to the newly opened Organized Industrial Zones, the knitted knitwear manufacturers filled the places.

Gaziantep Technopark

Technoparks are the centers where universities, research institutions and industrial organizations continue their research, development and innovation activities in the same environment. Technoparks are also the centers where academic, economic and social structure are integrated to transfer knowledge and technology between each other. Various tax supports are provided to local or foreign companies operating in these centers.

Gaziantep Free Zone

In 1997, a free zone was established on an area of 1.414.320 m2 in order to make investment and production for export and to develop international trade.
