GASIMEP (Vocational Training Project in Gaziantep Industrialist Cooperation), which entered into action with the protocol signed between Gaziantep Provincial Directorate of National Education and Gaziantep Chamber of Industry, will be implemented with M.Rüştü Uzel MTAL within the scope of Bilateral Vocational Training Programs Directive. The positive developments experienced in the economy of our country and the increase in production in the industrial sector bring with it the need for qualified personnel.
GASİMEP In the light of the experiences gained from the OSB activities that constitute the infrastructure of our project, with the new application, vocational open education high school framework education programs are envisaged to be used in the trainings and the process of reducing individuals' jobs and transactions is provided to the state and to the industry. The aim of our project is to strengthen the cooperation and relations between the schools providing vocational and technical education in Gaziantep and the private sector, to increase the quality of vocational and technical education in our province, to eliminate the problem of qualified personnel in the industry of our province, and to contribute to the employment of the people who are not in the vocational education.
Starting from the 2018 - 2019 academic year, in order to implement bilateral vocational education framework education programs in GASİMEP applications, Vocational Open Education Programs were opened in 7 different fields and 9 branches within the scope of Gaziantep Chamber of Industry Vocational Education Center and M.Rüştü Uzel MTAL. It is ensured that vocational education and training services are provided in accordance with the needs of Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone in Gaziantep Chamber of Industry member enterprises.

OPERATION OF GASIMEP MODEL:
Pre-registration: Young people who want to be included in Bilateral Vocational Education and who have completed the 9th Grade apply to the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry Vocational Training Center Registration Desk and make their pre-registration.
Field Selection: Students are subjected to a series of tests in order to see basic educational information, to measure their general knowledge level and competencies. MES-YET (Occupational Susceptibility Test) and MEBET (Professional Skills Test) tests are applied to determine the suitability of the field of study. According to the results of these tests and interviews, the most appropriate occupational choice for the students is directed to the relevant field / branch. The student whose job choice is selected is matched with a business and the contract is signed.
Final Registration: The student whose contract is signed is registered to the Ministry of National Education e-system. SSI entry is made in the enterprise where the registration date is matched. All of our students' educational needs are met free of charge during the education period.
Graduation and Employment: Students who successfully complete the examinations to be held during and at the end of the training are graduated and are employed full-time in the business they are paired with. Students who have completed cultural courses from open vocational high schools are given a vocational high school diploma and a certificate of opening a business.
NEW MODEL IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION
- The aim of GASIMEP Vocational Education Model; The aim of this course is to develop and train the socially qualified personnel of the industry and to educate people in the areas where they can show their professional competencies in the best way.
- GASİMEP is a new model of vocational training including Bilateral Vocational Training.
- Students are placed in the most appropriate area for their skills and abilities (with Professional Skills Test).
- Students who have completed the class can participate in this program.
- Students enrolled in the class are paired with a business and become the student of the business they are paired with during their entire education life.
- In the classroom, they are directed to the appropriate branch and begin skills training in applied business.
- Students who graduate at the end of the class are employed in the enterprise where they are paired.
